Potential
The drum beat didn't really vary. Either slow the beat down to match the song's melody or speed the melody up to match the beats. Maybe add some base like the original. The high-hat/clap sound thing can get a little annoying after a while. Another suggestion would be to cut it down a little bit and make a into a 3 to 4 minute loop.
Commenter below doesn't know what their talking about. It can be a lively song just needs some tweaking. And the original is awesome.

Of all the CMs out there this one is the most original. Others try to use similar instruments to the original. Your mix of instruments is amazing. What made you decide on them? You might try using different instruments to remake other FF songs. I would love to see that!

Whatever worked I put in there - to be honest, the only original instrument is the Japanese string instrument (I dunno what it's called). I looped the first section over and over and listened to what worked from anything that was in sampletank, and that did, so it's in there. Thanks for the 10 though!
Emotionally Beautiful
Awesome work! Beautifully put together! I can feel the emotion of the piano and the guitar. The drums made this tune complete. Hope to see more piano works in the future!

If this was a method of teaching that would be awesome! Pairing music with learning material may improve ones memorization of material. Even better, it doesn't sound like kid material! The voice is perfectly matched to the music. This is seriously great stuff! I shall forever view your music in the future.

Relaxing?
Maybe after the beginning it is more relaxing. Other than that its not bad. Personally I just don't find high pitch noises relaxing, therefore my suggestion to you is to change the opening. Keep it up!

You know, I thought the same thing about the syth being too high pitch at the beginning. I don't know what's up with that, I actually cut the sharpness down by 60% on the synth before uploading the song, but it still hurts my ears! I'll look into that at once, thanks for the advice, truly helpfull.
